Roberto’s Halloween Costume Contest – Official Rules

1. Contest Dates
   Photos must be taken and posted on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Likes are counted through Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 9:00 PM. Winners announced Monday.

2. How to Enter

   • Dine at Roberto’s on Saturday, October 31 while in costume (food purchase required).
   • After you order, staff will take a clear photo of you (individual or couple).
   • Provide a copy of your receipt with your email address so we can verify your purchase and send your e-gift card if you win.
   • Roberto’s will post the photo on our Facebook page
   • Only photos taken and posted by Roberto’s staff count.
   • One entry per person or couple.

3. 3 Ways to Win

   • Best Individual Costume – Highest likes on a photo of one person → $100 Roberto’s e-gift card
   • Best Couple Costume – Highest likes on a photo of exactly two people → $100 Roberto’s e-gift card
   • Best Loyalty Customer Costume – Highest likes on a photo of an active Square loyalty member who joined the loyalty program before October 31, 2026 → $100 Roberto’s e-gift card. Staff will verify loyalty status and join date at the table.

4. Costume Guidelines
   Costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly restaurant. The following are not allowed and will result in disqualification:

   • Real weapons, realistic weapons, or anything that could be mistaken for a real weapon
   • Open flames, sparklers, or any fire hazard
   • Sexually explicit, vulgar, or offensive costumes
   • Costumes that obstruct vision or movement in a way that creates a safety risk
   • Any costume or prop that could possibly cause harm to yourself or others

   Safe toy swords, toy guns, and similar costume props are allowed as long as they are clearly toys and do not create a safety concern.

   Roberto’s reserves the right to refuse entry or photography for any costume that violates these guidelines or creates a safety concern.

5. Judging
   Winners determined  by originality of costume and total likes on the official Roberto’s Facebook post as of Sunday 9pm. Roberto’s has final say on any disputes.

6. Prize Delivery
   A copy of your receipt will be used to verify your purchase and to send prize winners their $100 Roberto’s e-gift card. Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

7. General

   • Must have purchased food on October 31 to qualify.
   • For the loyalty category, membership must have been active and joined before October 31, 2026.
   • Gift cards are electronic, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
   • By entering, participants agree to allow Roberto’s to post and share their photo.
   • Participants enter at their own risk. Roberto’s is not responsible for any injury, damage, or incident related to costumes.
   • Void where prohibited.
